CSBG funds used toward clients who are 55 years of age or older and in need of assistance on utility bills, non-narcotic prescriptions or other needs deems necessary by CSBG staff.
Who is eligible to receive assistance?
* A resident of Bath, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan or Rowan County
*Applicants 55 years of age or older and meet CSBG eligibility requirements by being at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
What type of information must clients provide?
Applicants must provide proof of household income, utility bill, and proof of 911 address. If in need of assistance on prescriptions, a receipt from the pharmacy is needed.
How much assistance will be provided?
Applicants can only receive up to $100 per funding year until funds are depleted, whichever comes first.
